Please follow these steps to ask a transport provider a question:
1) Log in at: https://www.safariclick.com/signin.
2) Click on view quotes on your service request .
3) Click on the grey button "View Messages" on the tour operator you wish to ask a question.
4) The quote details section will display and you can type your question in on the right.
Once your message is sent, the tour operator will be alerted via email and will reply as soon as they possibly can. You will be alerted of replies via email.
Please note that Safariclick is a public website, do not post full contact details such as addresses, phone numbers or email addresses on the site. Your personal details are only exchanged with your chosen tour operator if and when you accept a price.
