I have accepted a quote and paid the deposit, what do I do now?

Once you have accepted a quote and paid the deposit you should contact them directly to finalise any service details as needed.

 

We are not and will not be involved in the actual transaction between users and service providers. Consequently, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the transactions themselves. Although every care is taken to verify the identity of service providers Safariclick does not guarantee, prequalify or validate the claims of operators related to their  insurance or certification.

 

Therefore, we strongly recommend users verify insurance and any other professional certifications that service providers claim to have once the quote is accepted, but prior to arrival.

 

 

Insist upon a written contract.

It is important that both you and the service provider agree to sign and exchange a written contract of service  being carried out. This is an important document should a dispute arise at a later date. Most companies will send you their standard contract prior to arrival. If they do not require you to sign such a contract we recommend you write up a contract of your own (seek the assistance of a legal professional).
